CooperVision
CooperVision markets a broad range of contact lenses throughout the world. Recent advances in lens materials and optics have allowed CooperVision to create proprietary lenses that treat both common and more complicated visual defects. With the acquisition of Ocular Sciences, Inc. in January 2005, CooperVision became the world's third leading contact lens manufacturer, with enhanced technology, expanded global distribution and greater manufacturing capabilities.

CooperSurgical
CooperSurgical offers a broad range of medical devices, diagnostic products and surgical instruments and accessories used primarily by gynecologists and obstetricians. The company continues to pursue its strategy of consolidation by acquiring key treatment niches within this highly fragmented market. CooperSurgical has focused its efforts in areas where demographic trends will present worthwhile business opportunities, including infertility, incontinence and osteoporosis.
