The impact of the COVID-19 outbreak is ever changing. As essential businesses, our CooperVision and CooperSurgical divisions continue to manufacture and distribute products. As part of this, we've taken meaningful health and safety measures, including restricting access to our facilities, implementing alternative work arrangements for many employees, increasing cleaning and adding other health and safety precautions. Steps such as these help keep our facilities operational, allow us to comply with governmental guidance to increase social distancing, and reduce risk by protecting those who need to be at our operational locations where remote work is not an option.

Several protocols are also in place across the company to help our global, regional and local leaders assess, manage and quickly resolve challenges as they arise. These are part of broader business continuity plans that we regularly review and validate to keep pace with the world around us.
