Raquel Castro

I’ve been in my role since we opened our facility here in Costa Rica more than two years ago. My role is to coordinate and implement all HR strategies including talent acquisition, wellness, benefits and employee relations. One of the most important parts of my role is being able to help employees develop professional careers within our organization and be able to grow into new and different roles. We are fortunate because what we do every day has a positive impact on our customers and employees. Being able to play a key role in changing people’s lives makes Cooper a unique place to work.
