Our Investor Relations page permits visitors to collect, zip and download files from the investor relations website. To utilize this “shareholder briefcase” function, you will need to complete a form providing your first and last name, email address, title, company, and investor type. Visitors also have the options to subscribe to email alerts about the company or to submit questions to the Investor Relations department through completing an online form, including providing name and email address.

Most of the Site does not require any form of registration, allowing you to visit the Site without telling us who you are or giving us any personal information.

How We Use Information

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Site. Additionally, we may disclose the information we collect to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Site.

Information you send to our investor relations department is used only to provide you with the requested information, or to help solve your issue and is otherwise kept private. Information you send to Careers is used for purposes of matching you with potential employment opportunities at Cooper Companies.

Though we strive to ensure that such websites are of the highest standard, TCC cannot guarantee the standards of every website it provides a link to or be responsible for the content, information, goods or services available through such third party sites.
