Employees Drive Change

Across our facilities, employees volunteer to support their local environments. Our Puerto Rico team participates in the annual International Coastal Cleanup Day, picking up litter and debris along a local beach’s coastline. The 2023 event yielded record employee turnout.

We are proud to be long-time partners of Optometry Giving Sight, which trains eye care professionals, establishes vision centers in developing countries and delivers eye care services to those in need. In 2025, CooperVision and our employees surpassed $5 Million in cumulative fundraising for Optometry Giving Sight’s World Sight Day Challenge.
